Apantac Expands Line of HDBaseT Technology Solutions for ISE 2014
Apantac, provider of cost-effective multiviewers, video walls, extenders, and signal processing solutions will demonstrate its expanded HDBaseT solutions at the upcoming Integrated Systems Europe 2014.
ISE is a pan-European event for the emerging markets of professional AV and electronic systems integration. Apantac will be at ISE 2014, stand 10-S114.
New at ISE 2014 is the 4x4 HDBaseT HDMI Matrix with built-in output extender over CATx for switching HDMI video with embedded audio and IR. The maximum distance between the matrix and the receiving devices is 70 or 100 meters, depending on the Apantac HDBaseT receiver model.
The 4x4 complements the HDBaseT 8x8 and 16x16 HDMI Matrices. The entire range of HDBaseT HDMI Matrices supports DVI resolutions up to 1920x1200 and HDMI resolutions up to 1080P (HDMI 1.4 with 3D, and 4K support).
Also new at ISE are two HDBaseT transmitters / extenders that pair with a new HDBaseT receiver. The HDBT-EAP extender accepts an HDMI signal, and the HDBT-EAPv extender accepts an HDMI or VGA (converted to HDMI) signal. These transmitters extend HDMI (or VGA converted to HDMI – the HDBT-EAPv), IR, RS232, and a GPI contact. They also feature bi-directional POE (power over Ethernet), whereby power is provided on one end of the pair and sent over the CATx cable to the other end. The extenders and receiver set support DVI resolutions up to 1920x1200, and HDMI resolutions up to 1080P (HDMI 1.4 with 3D, and 4K support).
The MT HOOD line of signal processing solutions also includes a full line of VGA, HDMI, DVI, KVM, universal, and touch-screen extenders, HDMI matrices and splitters, HDBaseT matrices and splitters, and pattern generators.
Apantac’s full line of HDBaseT technology for transmission of uncompressed video, audio, and control signals will be on display at ISE 2014, stand 10-S114.
